Drama, glamor and a touch of mystery

Drama, glamor and a touch of mystery - when a wallet becomes a stage!

I love moments when luxury stops being just luxury and starts to speak. This piece is just such a moment: a used wallet with history, recharged with color, symbolism and attitude. The crown on the top left is my wink towards icon status, while the mask-like emoji on the front stands for theater, transformation and playing with identities. We all wear masks - on the street, at work, online. Here, this mask is given a face, humor - and yes - a bit of cheekiness. A pure brand becomes a statement. An accessory becomes BrandArt.

The stage for this is not a museum-like ivory tower, but a canvas that breathes. Bronze shimmers - not loudly, but with an echo. Dozens of delicate petals lie on it as if they had just fallen. They are reminiscent of past performances, of applause and of the transience of a moment that you only experience once. This soft, almost romantic texture deliberately breaks with the strict, dark geometry of the wallet. Opposites attract. Romanticism meets Monogram. Gentleness meets status. The staging does not reduce the object - it enlarges the story. (Format: 50 × 70 cm, bronze sprayed canvas, finished with silk rose petals, removable and usable).

I am often asked: "Why should art be taken out, put in your pocket and used?" - because otherwise she won't live. Patina is not a flaw, but a biography. Every touch, every little scratch, every edge on the gold button is a chapter that you add. You will see how the bronze in the background appears warmer or cooler depending on the mood of the light, how the flowers take on relief and how the emoji sometimes looks mischievous and sometimes confident. The work changes, not because I work on it, but because you do. Interaction is not a risk here, but a Value drivers.

The composition in the middle is deliberately kept concise. There is no sensory overload and no sensationalism. One look is enough to understand the tone: self-confident, a little mysterious and with subtle irony. The crown marks the object as an icon, but dethrones any rigid meaning. The emoji, half mask, half grin, is pop culture, but not arbitrary, rather a commitment to the Present. In this work, luxury is not unapproachable, but accessibleYou can wear it, show it and hang it back again. In the morning "click" - off the screen. In the evening "click" - back to its place. What remains is the trace of a day that you have inscribed on the work.

I like to work with tensions: High-fashion vs. street, solemn glamor vs. a casual look, signature vs. anonymity. The mask-like emoji is also an invitation to rethink your own role. Who are you when you hold this work of art in your hand? Collector:in? Performer? Observer? - all at the same time. Because the stage doesn't just begin on the red carpet, but as soon as you open the door.

The work is technically constructed in such a way that the step "from the wall to the hand" is easy. The canvas is not just decoration, but Partner. The bronze background supports the flowers like small islands of memory. Each one casts a soft shadow that lends depth to the whole without drowning out the center. This rhythm - leaf by leaf - is like the pulse of the work. It keeps the eye moving until you get back to the wallet. The crown, emoji and monogram are waiting there - three languages that speak to each other but never tell the same story.

In terms of craftsmanship, it always remains personal for me: the work is signed by hand and both the wallet and the canvas bear the same Numberingso that it is clear: they belong together. This piece is No. 008-21 and currently in the Store listed. I call this the formal part of an otherwise very lively dialog. You know what you're getting - and what you're going to give: yours Tracks. (Price at the time of publication: €1,790.)

Why "Drama, glamor and a touch of mystery"? Because the work is exactly where staging and authenticity kiss. The drama lies in the courage to take a luxury object out of its comfort zone. The brilliance lies not only in the bronze, but also in the self-confidence you feel when you wear it. The secret is what nobody knows but you: Where you've been with it. Who you have met. What story the emoji has told you. Art doesn't have to reveal everything to be honest.

At this point, it is important for me to speak clearly: This is art. Not an official fashion product, not a promotional item, not a collaboration. It is an artistically transformed original object that is presented, sold and used in exactly the same way. The work is labeled as unique and falls under the freedom of art. We are not creating the impression of a brand collaboration, but rather talking about brand iconography by reinterpret. (The corresponding note is also available in the store under each work).

If you ask me who owns this piece, I'll tell you: Art first - then you. Art provides the form, you provide the meaning. You decide whether the crown means rebellion or dignity, whether the emoji is masquerade or lightness and whether the flowers are memories or promises. And that's exactly what I love about wearable work. They don't end when they leave the studio. They begin.

Welcome to a world in which luxury doesn't gather dust in a display case, but runs, laughs and lives.
